Thank you for instructing me to undertake a Level 2 Home Survey of the above property.

I confirm that the selling agent has been contacted and arrangements have been made to inspect the property on {{inspection_date}} at {{inspection_time}}.

The survey will be carried out in accordance with the enclosed Terms of Engagement. Please read these carefully to ensure they accurately reflect your instructions and the scope of the service you require.
